Unfortunately for some of us (and blissfully for others), it’s that time of year again. PCS season can be full of ups and downs, from saying goodbye to great friends who are leaving to exciting adventures in new places.
While PCS’ing has a lot of obvious downsides, one that’s often overlooked is the junk that goes in [most of] our bodies during these moves. Let’s face it, it’s just a heck of a lot easier to grab a Little Debbie cake at a gas station or a burger at the airport than it is to try and meal prep while juggling everything that comes with a cross-country (or even to a different country) move. Especially if you have littles!
